E-Commerce Platform: Our platform offers dealers access to a curated inventory of products—including tinting films, paint protection film (PPF), and tools—for automotive, marine, residential, and commercial applications. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.2. Website Design & Development Services: We provide subscription-based website services including design, development, content creation, secure hosting on Amazon’s cloud with SSL, foundational SEO, and ongoing on-demand support. Monthly performance analysis and personalized consultation are also part of the package.
2.3. SMS Messaging Services: HITEK offers an SMS service that enables our dealers to communicate with their end users.
2.4. Additional Services: From digital marketing to on-demand technical support, additional services may be available subject to separate agreements.
3. Subscription, Orders, and Payment
3.1. Subscription Services: For website design and development, a recurring monthly fee is charged. Your service agreement will specify support hours and any additional charges. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.2. Order Processing (E-Commerce): All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
