Professionally installed HITEK automotive window films are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects including adhesive failure, bubbling, blistering, cracking, delamination, discoloration and fading*. This limited lifetime automotive warranty applies to the original purchaser and is fully transferable**.
Warranty Service
This limited lifetime warranty becomes void if the installation violates any law or regulation of the state or province in which it was installed or used. Only automotive window films that comply with all applicable state or local laws are covered by this warranty. HITEK is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the illegal installation or use of any HITEK window film.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these restrictions may not apply in those jurisdictions.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, agreements or similar obligations of the dealer and/or HITEK regarding the repair or replacement of the film. Film replacement is the exclusive remedy provided by the dealer and/or HITEK. In no event shall the HITEK dealer and/or HITEK be liable for any damages or losses, whether indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or direct, arising from the use of or inability to use the film.
