HITEK PPF CORE Gloss is a professional-grade clear paint protection film engineered to protect automotive finishes from everyday road wear while maintaining a deep, high-gloss appearance.
Built with a 7.5 mil finished construction and 6.0 mil TPU base film, CORE Gloss combines excellent flexibility with a hydrophilic surface coating designed to resist staining, simplify maintenance, and provide self-healing performance against light surface scratches.
With 350% elongation, CORE Gloss conforms smoothly around curves, bumpers, mirrors, fenders, and other complex body panels while maintaining strong film integrity.

HITEK PPF CORE Matte combines premium paint protection with a smooth satin-matte transformation.
Manufactured with a high-performance TPU base film, CORE Matte is engineered to help protect OEM paint from stone chips, scratches, minor scuffs, door-edge contact, and everyday road wear while transforming the vehicle’s original gloss finish into a refined matte appearance.
The 8.5 mil construction delivers excellent durability and installation flexibility, while 390% elongation and 75 kN/m tear strength allow the film to conform around complex automotive panels without sacrificing toughness.

HITEK PPF CORE
8-Year Limited Material Warranty
HITEK warrants HITEK PPF CORE Gloss Clear and HITEK PPF CORE Matte Clear against qualifying defects in film materials for a period of eight (8) years from the original installation date, subject to the terms and exclusions below.
Coverage Includes
Film Integrity
Protection against qualifying premature cracking, bubbling, delamination, or separation of the film layers resulting from a material defect.
Adhesive Failure
Protection against qualifying premature adhesive failure resulting from a defect in the film or adhesive system.
Yellowing or Discoloration
Protection against excessive or abnormal yellowing or discoloration caused by a covered material defect.
Top-Coat Failure
Protection against qualifying premature failure or separation of the film’s protective surface coating.
Matte Finish — CORE Matte Only
Protection against abnormal deterioration of the intended matte finish when caused by a covered material defect.
Warranty Period
8 Years from the original installation date
Coverage applies to the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which the film was installed.
Warranty Remedy
If HITEK determines that a valid covered material defect exists, HITEK may, at its discretion:
- Replace the defective film material, or
- Provide replacement HITEK film of comparable type and value.
This is a limited material warranty.
Unless specifically authorized by HITEK in writing, coverage does not include:
- Installation labor
- Film removal labor
- Reinstallation labor
- Paint correction
- Detailing
- Vehicle rental
- Loss of use
- Incidental or consequential expenses
Any workmanship warranty provided by the installing dealer is separate from the HITEK material warranty.
Warranty Conditions
To qualify for coverage:
- Film must be professionally installed
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Installation date must be documented
- Film must be properly maintained
- Product must be installed on a suitable automotive surface
- Photographs of the claimed defect may be required
- Installer and vehicle information may be required
- HITEK may request inspection of the film or a material sample
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Installation workmanship
- Accidents or collisions
- Rock impacts that physically damage the film
- Cuts, punctures, tears, or abrasion
- Vandalism
- Vehicle body repairs
- Improper removal
- Failure of the underlying paint or clear coat
- Repainted or unstable paint surfaces
- Rust or corrosion beneath the film
- Improper washing or detailing
- Abrasive polishing
- Incompatible chemicals or solvents
- Pressure-washer damage
- Environmental fallout
- Bird droppings, insects, tree sap, tar, or road chemicals left untreated
- Normal wear and tear
Normal surface wear, minor scratches, stone impacts, and environmental contamination do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Claim Process
To submit a claim, provide HITEK with:
- Proof of purchase
- Installation date
- Vehicle information
- Installer information
- Clear photographs of the affected area
- Description of the issue
- Any additional information reasonably requested by HITEK
HITEK will evaluate the claim and determine whether the condition qualifies for coverage.
